What is Distance Reiki?
Reiki energy is not bound by space or time, making Distance Reiki just as powerful and effective as an in-person session. Some choose distance Reiki out of necessity — travel is hard, or home is on the other side of the world. Others choose it because there's real comfort in receiving Reiki somewhere that already feels safe and familiar. Either way, the session is as whole as an in-person session.
Some of my most profound Reiki sessions have been remote.
The research is growing, too — a peer-reviewed study found a distance Reiki programme was associated with reduced stress, anxiety and pain, as well as improved wellbeing and sleep, among frontline healthcare workers in the UK during the pandemic.
Distance Reiki works the way we already accept other unseen connections — a voice carried down a phone line, a signal passing between devices that never touch. You don't have to know how it works to feel it; you only need to make a little space to receive, and allow your own system to do what it already knows how to do.

Distance Reiki Healing Sessions
1-hour Reiki — $120
90 min Reiki & Sound — $180
Includes: Aftercare guidance and a follow-up call.
Every session begins with a gentle check-in to explore how you're feeling, what's happening in your body, and what you're moving through in life.
Afterwards, there's time to reflect on your experience, if you feel called to. You'll leave with a simple practice to support you between sessions, along with aftercare guidance for the hours and days that follow. And if anything surfaces afterwards, you're welcome to reach out.
For Distance Reiki & Sound, I create a personalised guided meditation and sound recording to carry you gently in and out of the session — made bespoke for you, and yours to return to long after.

Reiki can be a gift, too — held for someone you love
Distance Reiki on their behalf
1-hour Reiki — $120

When someone you love is unwell or far from you, Distance Reiki offers a way to reach them — to send comfort and calm, wherever they are.
This is something I hold with great care. Reiki is offered in many hospitals and hospices across the UK, particularly in palliative care, where it sits alongside medical treatment to support comfort and calm for the patient and those around them. It asks nothing of the person receiving it. There's nothing they need to do, and nothing anyone needs to believe in for it to be offered.
Consent matters, always.
Where your loved one is aware and able, I ask that the offer be made with their knowledge and willingness — it's their session, held for their highest good, and never imposed. If they are very unwell or unable to consent, I offer it gently, carried by your loving intention on their behalf, and only for their comfort and peace.
And Reiki has a way of reaching everyone in that space — the person receiving it, and those who love them.
