About me
Hello, I’m Ola,
At Moja Wellbeing, I offer gentle therapeutic support to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and your sense of self. With a background in psychology and experience in cancer support and addiction recovery, I bring a grounded, trauma-informed approach to my work.
Through Reiki, Energy Healing, and 1:1 Sound Therapy, I create space for rest, clarity, and reconnection, particularly during times of transition, uncertainty, or recovery.
Whether you're navigating something specific or simply feeling out of flow, my aim is to support you in returning to yourself in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to you.
The turning point
In 2021, shortly after my 39th birthday, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I felt suddenly unmoored - disconnected from myself - caught somewhere between fear, guilt, uncertainty, and a strange kind of clarity, as if a light had been cast over every element of my life, culminating in one quiet, confronting question: What brought me here?
In those early days, it felt like the thread of life had been pulled out of my hands, but with the guidance of my trusted practitioners and medical team, I realised the thread was there all along - waiting for me to take hold of it again. As my thinking mind quietened, I began to truly listen to my body. I let go of the noise and the expectations and started paying attention to what was right for me. I realised then that I wasn’t powerless, and I could play an active role in my recovery.
What followed was transformational and laid the foundation for the work I do today.

Rooted in legacy, inspired by healing
The name Moja, meaning “mine” in Polish, is a tribute to my family heritage, and the love, strength and resilience of the people who came before me.
My mother emigrated from Poland after WWII and devoted her life to healthcare in the NHS. Her strength, commitment and service to others inspired the way I hold space today. Her journey, alongside our shared experience of overcoming cancer, has profoundly shaped my understanding of healing and wellness, and I am honoured to be able to carry that legacy forward through my work - creating safe, supportive spaces where others can reconnect with themselves.
